We highly recommend grabbing dinner nearby. Our personal favorite is The Podski, a fantastic food cart lot located right across the street. All guests are welcome, including kids.

MapWant to keep the party going? The Freeman Family has kindly cleared a few acres on our 10-acre venue for guests to camp out the night of the wedding. If you want to enjoy the late-night bonfires and dancing without worrying about transportation, feel free to bring your gear and stay the night! Camping is totally optional, but we'd love to have you. Space for RVs and car camping is limited.

Are Kids Invited?2NO – Aside from our nephew who is part of the wedding, we have decided to keep this an adults-only event. We love your little ones but we hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a parents night out on us!
Can I Bring a Plus One?3Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name" and "guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.
Where Should I Stay?4A Majority of our guests live in Bend. If you are traveling from out of town and need recommendations on where to stay, please reach out to us directly and we can help you.
Getting There/Home5We strongly recommend taking and Uber/Lyft, or carpooling. Parking on the street outside of the venue will be limited (but not impossible). Please be sure to park on Sunbeam Ln. as there will be no parking available at the venue.
What’s the Dress Code?1Think Garden Party Fancy. If you’ve been needing an excuse to wear something bright & colorful or your favorite florals, this is the time. Most of the day will be spent on the lawn so we suggest opting for shoes that wont sink into the grass.
