TRAVEL & ACCOMODATIONS
The Venue:
Arrival & ParkingWhere to Park: Please park on Sunbeam Lane, as there is no parking available directly at the venue. We strongly encourage carpooling to help save space!
Getting to the Ceremony: It is a short walk from the street to the venue, and we will also have a golf cart shuttle available to assist guests. Just follow the signs!
Timing: Welcome drinks begin at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to park, grab a drink, and find your seat before the ceremony begins.
After-Party Camping LogisticsBecause of the venue layout and schedule, there are a few specific logistics to keep everything running smoothly:
Vans & Campers: We know it is not the most ideal timeline, but if you are bringing a camper or van, it must be dropped off on Friday, September 25th before 4:00 PM.
Tent Campers: You can bring your tents and camp chairs on the day of the wedding! Please drop your gear off at the designated campsite well before welcome drinks begin at 3:30 PM. You can officially pitch your tent and get set up later that night.
The Fine Print: Camping is only permitted for the night of the wedding itself.
Next Steps: If you plan on roughing it with us, please let us know in your RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount. Be sure to specify whether you will be bringing a tent or a van/camper so we can plan the space accordingly!
Local AccomodationsOur wedding is taking place in Tumalo, but because local lodging is very limited, we recommend booking your stay in nearby Bend.
Skip the Hotels, Book a Rental: Hotels in Bend can be pricey and honestly aren't our favorite way to experience the town. We highly recommend looking into an Airbnb or VRBO instead, as there are plenty of great options!
The Best Neighborhoods: To be close to all the best food, drinks, and activities Bend has to offer, we suggest searching for rentals in River West, Old Bend, Old Mill District, or Summit West.
